Nurse Supervisor 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM $10,000 Sign on Bonus for RN / $8,000 Sign-on Bonus for LPN LPN or RN | New Bedford, MA (Just 35 minutes South of Taunton, MA) Why Join? Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the organization. Assure the implementation of resident care plans. Conduct assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility. Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors. Communicate effectively with all disciplines. Keep DON informed of any changes in resident condition. Review, investigate and document incidents/accidents properly. Requirements Registered Nurse (LPN or RN) in the State of Massachusetts, preferred. Experience in nurse management, supervision, or charge nurse roles. Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care facility preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional critical thinking skills. High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards. Compassion, tolerance, and understanding for older adults.
