Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

About the Role

Join a busy commercial real estate practice at an established New Jersey law firm, supporting attorneys on complex transactions for developers, property owners, investors, and lenders. You will play a key role in keeping multiple deals moving and managing closings with a high degree of independence.

What You'll Do

• Order and review title commitments and surveys, and help resolve title objections.

• Prepare closing documents, maintain closing checklists, and coordinate funds flow for acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing transactions.

• Manage due diligence, entity documents, and estoppels across active transactions.

• Coordinate post-closing recordings, filings, and follow-up items.

• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and title companies with minimal attorney oversight.

What We're Looking For

• Five or more years of recent, continuous commercial real estate paralegal experience at a law firm, including transactional work in New Jersey.

• Hands-on experience with title, surveys, and commercial closings, including the ability to manage a closing from start through post-closing.

• Experience beyond residential closings, with a broad understanding of commercial real estate transactions; land use experience is also relevant.

• Strong attention to detail, polished written work, and a stable employment history.

• Ability to work on-site in the Roseland office five days per week.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
