Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Overview We’re looking for an experienced SLP to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll work with patients to improve communication and swallowing, making a real difference in their daily lives. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA, or current licensure meeting state requirements Active Ohio State license or eligibility to obtain Ohio licensure prior to start BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required Experience or willingness to work in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) setting, including SNF, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living outpatient services Comfortable using Net Health and PCC electronic medical record systems, or willingness to train Open to new graduates and clinicians new to the CCRC setting Willingness to consider relocation candidates; relocation bonus may be offered depending on candidate Benefits Full medical, dental, and vision benefits Disability insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match PTO (16 or 18 days) Free CEUs Location Highlights Springfield, Ohio offers accessible outdoor recreation, regional cultural venues, and community events.
