Job Summary We are currently seeking a full‑time Hospice Aide to provide personal care services to our hospice patients. Schedule Monday – Friday; 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Location Contra Costa County & some areas of Alameda County. MUST HAVE HHA LICENSE. Duties & Responsibilities Assist patient in bathing, care of mouth, skin, and hair as needed. Assist patient in and out of bed and with ambulation. Turn patient in bed, position for comfort, and change bed linen. Assist with prescribed exercises as directed. Education & Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of an approved Home Health Aide training program. Certificates, Licenses & Registrations Current certification to practice as a Home Health Aide in the State of California. Current California Driver’s License and automobile insurance that meets State of California requirements, if driving a car. Pay Range $26.30 – $31.00 hourly.
