What it's like to be an Order Selector at Ukrop's

As an Order Selector, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately selected, staged, and shipped to meet customer expectations. You'll work in a dynamic warehouse setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity and uphold food safety standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help drive our mission of delivering fresh, high-quality products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing, distribution, safety, and security support operations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Ukrop's food safety standards.
• Maintain product integrity and proper cold chain environment.
• Replenish pick locations and manage inventory.
• Select, palletize, wrap, and stage products for shipment.
• Assist with cross-docking and trailer loading/unloading.
• Report on product quality issues and food safety concerns.
• Support SQF, HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs protocols.

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience desired.

Working Conditions

• Work performed primarily in a warehouse and refrigerated environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling of up to 50 pounds.
• Use of pallet jacks and handheld order selecting equipment.
• Exposure to cold temperatures and physical activity for extended periods.
