Overview The Judge Group is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic and high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier healthcare professionals across a variety of roles and settings, including hospitals, health systems, and clinical organizations. This is a relationship-driven role that offers the opportunity to work with national clients and make a direct impact on patient care by connecting top talent with leading healthcare employers. Responsibilities Source and screen top healthcare talent by leveraging recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media channels Engage with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare-specific job boards to identify qualified candidates Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to build a reliable and consistent talent pipeline Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, or in-person to evaluate qualifications and alignment with client needs Complete comprehensive reference checks and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates Attend client meetings to gain a deep understanding of job requirements and foster strong client partnerships Collaborate with the internal compliance team to streamline onboarding processes and stay focused on candidate engagement Qualifications 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience Demonstrated success in placing candidates in roles such as RNs, Allied Health Professionals, Physicians, or Healthcare Admin/Support Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Familiarity with healthcare credentialing, compliance, and onboarding processes is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
