Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Lubbock, TX 79410

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Schedule: Night shift, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 7 days on/7 days off rotating schedule. Transition to day shift expected July/August 2026 through January 2027. Every other weekend required. Assignment duration through December 28, 2026.

• Work at a 181-bed pediatric hospital and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
• Unique 7-on/7-off block schedule providing extended time off between work weeks
• Epic charting system experience in a specialized pediatric setting
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• No floating between units or on-call requirements

Requirements:

• Active Texas pharmacy license required at time of submission
• PharmD and RPh credentials
• BLS certification current
• Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required
• Pediatric pharmacy exposure required; retail-only experience will not be considered
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Proficiency in pediatric dosing, IV medications, sterile technique, and high-alert medications
• Two professional references covering the past year
