You'll install, maintain, and repair a wide range of steam-related and mechanical systems that are critical to production. From preventative maintenance to troubleshooting and project work, you'll help minimize downtime and support continuous operations. This is a role where your mechanical expertise directly contributes to safety, reliability, and overall operational performance.Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Required:High School Diploma with a minimum of 4 years of experience in support services or productionProven mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with minimal directionEffective communication skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instructionsBasic computer skills (MS Outlook, JD Edwards, MS Word, MS Excel)Ability to pass U.S. Government security clearance and maintain suitability for a Public Trust positionThe salary range for this role is $27.56 – 34.76 hourly. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.Your role is in Dalton, Massachusetts, a 45-mile drive to Albany, NY or Springfield, MA.
