Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse ManagerMaintain and establish standards and procedures for the warehouse includes the following:Organize the warehouse team in areas of production. To Include:Coordination shipment of material in a time efficient mannerInventory ManagementOrganize and Track Inventory within appropriate systemInspection of material upon receiving and prior to shippingAssist Sales Associates when necessary in moving materialComplete Reports in a timely manner, to include receiving, shipping and return material documents.Ensure all members have knowledge of stone material regarding the types, color and material quality.Maintain warehouse equipmentMake deliveries via a CDL Class B truck when necessaryOrient and Train new employees through on the Job Training and other training opportunities.Evaluate Staff Performances and provide coaching to increase employee's performances when appropriate.Responsible for the Safety of Employees, and material. Conduct regular safety meetings in educating warehouse staff.Skills and QualificationsAbility to work with a diverse group and promote team work.Strong Organization skills in planning, and time managementComputer Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeBe able to stand for long periods of timeAble to lift a minimum of 50lbs.Class A or B Driver's license
