What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care Perform adult and pediatric prophylaxis Complete periodontal assessments and charting Provide scaling and root planing when indicated Take diagnostic dental x-rays Educate patients about periodontal health, home care, and preventive treatment Help patients understand recommended care Partner closely with our dentists and clinical team Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow infection control and safety standards Create a calm and comfortable experience for patients, including those with dental anxiety Who We're Looking For Active Kansas Dental Hygienist license Strong clinical hygiene skills Excellent patient communication Gentle, confident, and compassionate chairside manner Ability to make anxious patients feel comfortable Reliable and organized Strong attention to detail Team-oriented approach Commitment to patient education and prevention Comfortable working in a comprehensive dental practice Experience is welcome, but just as important is how you care for patients and work with the people around you.
