About the Position

Our Assistant Principal assists and supports the Principal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, authentic Montessori programming, as well as supporting staff training and development, student enrollment, parent and community relations, and facility management. Your strong commitment to and passion for Montessori education will shine as you facilitate the creation of an engaging learning environment, and support teachers and staff in their needs as they guide young learners through these critical years.

About You  

We are looking for someone who is naturally positive, a good communicator, and passionate about learning and child development. You must be: 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree 

• Montessori experience preferred

• Must successfully clear criminal background check

• Minimum one year teaching experience required; three years’ teaching experience preferred 

• Comfortable supporting in the classroom as needed

• Meets minimum education and experience requirements to comply with applicable state regulation and accrediting boards, including holding any state required director certifications
