Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time Greenfield at Autumn Lake. Milwaukee, WI. $43–$50/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping residents improve mobility, restore independence, and achieve meaningful recovery outcomes through individualized therapy care.
