Case Manager

Now Hiring: Case Manager Highland Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager to support individuals on their journey toward recovery and independence. If you\'re passionate about behavioral health and making a meaningful difference, we\'d love to have you on our team. What You\'ll Do Coordinate and manage individualized care plans. Connect residents with medical, behavioral health, educational, vocational, and community resources. Provide counseling, life skills training, and recovery-focused support. Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams. Transport residents to appointments and community activities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field, or at least 2 years of mental health experience . Sumer camp counselors and anything related to childcare 1 or more years work experience in entry level position Knowledge of Title 22 , HIPAA, and Community Care Licensing regulations preferred. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Valid driver\'s license (if driving is required). Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background clearance, TB screening, and health clearance.
