Systems Administrator, Provider Network (Salesforce Admin) at Molina Healthcare Chandler, AZ

Job Summary Provider Network Business Systems Administrator will work to help businesses improve efficiencies by using computer systems. The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of information systems and the skills necessary for effective decision making in a diverse and highly competitive environment. The Administrator must have a broad understanding of provider network contracting and credentialing workflows and a sound foundation in computer fundamentals, programming, systems analysis and design, networking, database design, implementation, project management, and analytics. Responsibilities Provide support for any provider network administration application software or network problems within the Salesforce environment. Work with the Molina IT Salesforce Team to determine and resolve problems received from the Provider Network User Community. Configure software settings, directories, and storage in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Coordinate with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with provider network administration software. Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all key processes, and review system and application logs. Ensure all required file systems and system data are available to the Provider Network User Community during daily operations. Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly, upgrade administrative tools and utilities, and configure or add new services as necessary. Escalate problems, questions or concerns to other network or system support personnel when the problem is not easily identified and corrected. Provide training to provider network administration application support teams. Qualifications Required Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Required Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Business Information Systems Administration, technical skills, business application development, project management, application analysis and design, data management, business intelligence/analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), database modeling, implementation, query and administration, computer systems and network configuration and management, and IT project planning and management. Preferred Qualification: Salesforce Certification. Physical Demands The working environment is generally favorable with adequate lighting and temperature. The role is performed in an office environment with minimal exposure to unpleasant or hazardous conditions. The candidate must be able to sit for long periods. Compensation Pay Range: $66,456 – $129,590 per annum (actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level).
