Night Shift Patient Safety Associate - 1:1 Observation

VCU Health in Virginia is looking for a Patient Safety Associate to provide 1:1 safety observation and basic direct patient care under the direction of an RN. You will support patients, families and staff by reporting concerns, performing safety checks and assisting with ADLs and mobility as needed. The role emphasizes de-escalation, environment of care, and accurate documentation of care activities.
