Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.This is an opportunity to join the Patriot Engineering Services program within the United States Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Mission Area as a Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst (P3).The successful candidate will serve as a Principal Program Cost Controls Analyst (P3), leading financial planning, analysis, and execution for the program. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements, and providing support for quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews. The candidate will play a critical role in shaping program financial strategy, influencing decision-making, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being offered.What You Will DoPerform analyses and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are performed within contract agreed-upon parametersCost and schedule monitoringMonthly Earned Value reportingDevelopment of quarterly EAC'sPerform detailed financial analysis for both total CBT and functional area level cost elements to help define and understand the monthly variances to Budget baseline and EAC positionsMaintain accurate records for Budget and EAC tracking to ensure adequate funding is availableProcess approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systemsUtilize & share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program teamQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field of study & a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree & a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experienceExperienced user of SAP (APEX and/or Prism), RTN PMX, or similar systemExperience with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysisExperience with the Microsoft Office Tool Suite, particularly with ExcelQualifications We PreferProgram start-up/baselining experienceStrong technical knowledge of finance and program control, strong problem solving skills and have good communication skillsEVMS experience, or Earned Value CertificationExcellent attention to detailDemonstrated ability to meet critical deadlinesWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
