Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative (English/Spanish Preferred)ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for this position is preferred. The ideal candidate must be able to confidently communicate, build relationships, and explain insurance products to customers in both languages.

This role is focused on generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. We are looking for someone who is competitive, confident, self-motivated, and passionate about helping customers while maximizing their earning potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive agency growth by generating new business through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach.

• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects in both English and Spanish. 

• Build lasting relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers while providing outstanding service.

• Review coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

• Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business insurance products.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.

• Assist with policy servicing and customer inquiries as needed.

• Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and production expectations.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products and grow customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
  
• Ability to communicate professionally and confidently in both languages, verbally and in writing.

• Strong sales mindset with the ability to prospect, follow up, and close business.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward sales goals.

• Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain).

• Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain).

• Previous sales, insurance, or customer-facing experience preferred.
