Job Details Location: Hobart, IN Pay Range: $22-$32 hourly + commissions, based on skillset and experience Annual Average Earnings: $75k - $100k About Us Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Electric, the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America, is seeking an experienced Electrician for our growing Electrical department. Candidates should be motivated, hardworking, and enjoy working with customers. Our services are primarily residential, with some commercial clients. The Role Join Four Seasons as a skilled Electrician performing residential and light commercial electrical work, including panel upgrades, diagnostics, and generator installations. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial electrical service, diagnostics, and panel upgrades Install, repair, and maintain generators and other electrical systems Ensure strict compliance with electrical codes, safety procedures, and industry standards Communicate clearly with customers to explain services, recommendations, and solutions Collaborate effectively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and professionally Maintain company tools, vehicles, and job sites in an organized, safe manner Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of electrical experience, including residential service upgrades and generator installations Valid driver’s license Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Motivated, dependable, and customer-service oriented Knowledge of electrical codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices What We Offer Competitive pay with commission opportunities based on skills and performance.
