Job Description

Description of the role:

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Tom Naquin Auto Family in Elkhart, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

$10,000 SIGN on BONUS for the right individual

Will pay up to $52/Flat Rate Hour

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance checks on diesel vehicles
Diagnostics and repairs of diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
Perform inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Diesel Technician
Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
