This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone beginning their accounting career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Accountant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical accounting tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Duties and Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and 3-way match where applicable Reconcile AP aging and resolve discrepancies with vendors Accounts Receivable (AR): Record, post, and allocate incoming customer payments to the correct customer accounts General Ledger (GL): Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and reclassifications Reconcile GL accounts and prepare supporting schedules Maintain organized digital financial records for AP and AR and GL Assist with year-end audits by preparing PBCs and responding to auditor requests Skills and Experience Problem-solving Communication (with vendors and internal teams) Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills Salary Information $24 - $27Hourly Wage #J-18808-Ljbffr Talent Staffing Solutions Inc.
