Maintenance AssistantAegis of Laguna Niguel is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the Maintenance Director in the general maintenance and repair of our assisted living community and works for the lowest-cost solutions to maintenance issues.Schedule:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00am 7:00pmSaturday & Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pmWhat We Offer:Defined Growth OpportunitiesFlexible SchedulesVacation + Sick Pay + Appreciation DaysMedical/ Dental/ Vision401kResponsibilities:Perform repairs and do preventative maintenance on mechanicalsPrepare rooms for new residentsCommunicate effectively with residents, other staff, and Maintenance Director on updates or issues that need to be addressedQualifications:Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of facilities and operations systems management in an assisted living and dementia care communitySkilled at building relationships with residents and staff membersAbility to maintain resident confidentialityKnowledge and/or ability to learn federal, state, and local regulationsMust be willing to take 2-step TB testMin Salary: USD $21.00/Hr.Max Salary: USD $23.00/Hr.
