In this unarmed patrol position, your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for those in need of assistance, using your strong communication skills to address concerns and foster a sense of comfort within the community. Pay Rate: $20.46 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

DayTime Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized individuals and promote a secure environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and staff as needed.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
