Associate DON in General Peds, PICU, NICU Shift: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM 5x7.5 Hr

Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role

Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling. 

Required Education: -Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program. Preferred Education: -Masters degree in Nursing. Required Certifications & Licensure: -RN License.-Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED).-BLS.
