Additionally, you will monitor and report any changes in clients' conditions or home situations to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.Must pass a criminal background check and provide evidence of health status that does not pose a risk to clients or other caregivers.CNA Certification required.Apply TodayIf you're passionate about providing quality care and looking for a flexible role that offers fulfillment, we'd love to hear from you.
