Electrical Engineer (Infrastructure)

Job Summary ICT is looking for a personable and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our multi-disciplined design team! The position will be within our Nashville office, assisting the Infrastructure division. This individual must be very familiar with state-of-the-art design and various state and local regulations. General Duties Supervise projects to ensure they meet commitments related to time, quality, and communication. Work directly with clients to establish project schedules and set expectations. Assist market segment manager and team leader in manpower projections and scheduling of work. Collaborate and assist with training/mentoring of electrical engineering staff in the execution of specific projects to meet schedules and timely completion of projects. Assist market segment manager and team leader in maintaining client base through various business development efforts. Visit construction site to monitor progress and other duties per contract documents. Assist in review of electrical technical work for accuracy. Ability to work well independently and as part of an experienced team. Deal directly with clients/owners to assist with determining specific project needs. Be responsible for the total electrical systems design for specific projects.
