HCA Healthcare is hiring a Charge Nurse for our Med Surg unit on night shift. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, oversee unit workflow, and support bedside nurses to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include patient assessments, implementing care plans, managing admissions and discharges, and responding to changes in condition. You will precept and mentor staff, promote evidence-based practice, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
