Role Overview As a Nurse Supervisor, you will lead and oversee nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, personalized patient care within a rehabilitation setting. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will lead and oversee nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, personalized patient care within a rehabilitation setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff. Supervise nursing care, monitor staff performance, and provide feedback and evaluations. Manage staffing, handle on-the-spot issues, and ensure quality care standards. Participate in patient care as needed, fostering meaningful relationships and supporting recovery. Promote a supportive, team-driven environment with access to advanced technology and benefits. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure and BLS certification; ACLS and CRRN within specified timeframes. Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years inpatient hospital experience. Leadership experience such as charge nurse or team lead, with responsibilities including staff supervision and issue resolution. Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and build strong patient relationships.
