These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.  In this role, you will: Lead and execute the overall change management strategy and roadmap.Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans.Partner with business leaders and project teams to drive alignment and support.Design and manage Change Champion networks and feedback channels.Create executive communications, presentations, and leadership messaging.Monitor adoption metrics, organizational sentiment, and change readiness.Support post-go-live stabilization, reinforcement, and continuous improvement efforts.Who You Are: 10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.Proven success leading large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.Expertise developing communication, training, and adoption strategies.Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational alignment.Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.Total Rewards:  We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
