From optical and copper cables and optical fiber to connectivity components and accessories, we're helping to link communities, continents, and countries faster and more efficiently than ever.Hiring for day or night crew positions (depends on business needs):12-hour Night Shift: 6:45pm – 7:00am12-hour Day Shift: 6:45am - 7:00pmRotating schedule with every other weekend off on a 2-2-3 shiftQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent experience, preferredSome manufacturing experience, preferredMust be able to successfully complete the background check and pre-employment drug testingJob Responsibilities:Ability to safely work around hot glass, sharp glass, and equipmentAbility to safely follow all work instructions to meet all required production and quality standards of work.Ability to stoop, bend at the waist, stand, and sit as needed to reach product while working (up to 12 hours)Ability to have full range of motion in shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers for manipulation of product and work equipmentAbility to safely lift 50 lbs. on your ownMust be compliance to all safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements deemed necessary by positionWalk up and down stairs repeatedlyStand on concrete for 12 hours or moreAble to work mandatory OT when requiredReliable attendanceSkills/Attributes:Safety consciousAble to read a metric ruler and other measuring devicesExcellent communication skillsBased on the safety requirements for the position, operator must be able to safely maneuver in all functions of the position without assistance (unless approved by ADAA).Basic computer skills and willingness to learn specialized applicationsMotivated team playerSelf-managed work style, with attention to details and understanding of manufacturing principlesAre you ready for the opportunity to create world-leading technological solutions?
