About the Role Shift Lead for the 2nd shift Die Cutter at ID Technology in Marietta, GA. As a Shift Lead, you will help ensure the production of high‑quality flexographic label products, support a team‑player mentality, and take pride in your work. Responsibilities Maintain open communication and work closely with production employees Ensure press operators are working according to schedule Communicate with alternate shift lead/supervisor on daily activities and schedule maintenance Monitor the floor to ensure output objectives are being met Keep shop floor areas clean and uncluttered Inspect finished products based on supplied specifications and standard quality criteria Package finished products based on supplied specifications and standard packaging criteria Assist in the set‑up of finishing equipment Monitor the daily ship list and communicate with the Production Manager on progress or problems Maintain a positive, professional attitude Abide by ID Technology safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment Qualifications Attention to detail with a value for quality Experience or comfort in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with, or comfort operating, small machinery Self‑motivated, able to work well independently Ability to work efficiently and accurately Good communication skills and desire to help your team succeed Benefits Total compensation includes a base salary, comprehensive medical, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, paid time off, a retirement savings plan with company match, and a wellness program.
