As a Dietary Aide/Dishwasher, you’ll play an important part in making mealtimes enjoyable and safe for our residents by keeping the dining room clean, serving meals with a smile, and ensuring our kitchen stays spotless.Hours: 5:30am - 2:00pm rotating weekends required### **What You’ll Do*** Clear and clean dishes after each meal.* Operate and monitor the dishwasher to keep everything running smoothly.* Make sure dishes, silverware, and cups are clean and sanitized.* Set up and clear dining tables before and after meals.* Serve food and beverages to residents with kindness and respect.* Keep dining areas and workspaces clean and ready for the next shift.* Support your team and pitch in wherever needed.### ### **Why You’ll Love Working Here*** You’ll be part of a supportive team that values respect and teamwork.* Your work directly impacts residents’ daily lives, making mealtimes special and safe.* Opportunities for training and growth in food services.## Qualifications### **What We’re Looking For*** High school diploma preferred (but not required).* Willingness to complete on-the-job training.* Dependable, cooperative, and ready to learn.* Someone who enjoys working with people and can follow directions with ease.* ### **Physical Requirements** This role is active and hands-on. You should be comfortable: + Lifting up to 35 lbs. + Standing, bending, and moving throughout your shift. + Pushing and pulling food carts and equipment. + Working in a kitchen environment with heat and cleaning chemicals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
