Your Responsibilities as a CDL-A Delivery Driver:

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, submitting a DOT inspection report that details the vehicle's condition.
• Verify the accuracy of the bill of lading and store keys during off-hour deliveries.
• Operate the tractor-trailer to reach destinations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and demonstrating skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer locations.
• Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in compliance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
• Unload the trailer and deliver products to customer premises.

Qualifications for CDL-A Teammates:

• Possess a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer.
• Meet our organization's MVR and risk rating standards.
• This role requires the ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
