Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational health services at an onsite Health Center in Atlanta, GA. The role includes conducting exams, treatments, and care plan development for employees, with a schedule offering four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts plus one 4-hour evening shift weekly, and every other weekend coverage.
