Senior Loan Processor

To support a growing demand for mortgage processing, the full-time remote Senior Loan Processor will manage the processing of various loan programs, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication with clients and third parties. Key responsibilities Process FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and other loan programs, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Calculate income for borrowers and verify loan documents such as credit reports and appraisals Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and coordinate closing with relevant parties Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans, particularly purchase loans Proficiency in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems Advanced knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs, as well as federal and state regulations Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate income for various borrower types Excellent written and verbal communication skills
