MEP Designer（AutoCAD Restaurant Design)

The MEP Drafter is responsible for creating detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designs for restaurant construction projects. Using AutoCAD and Revit, the role involves designing and coordinating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to restaurant needs. The MEP Drafter works closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of systems and compliance with building codes. Required Skills / Abilities Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience creating detailed MEP drawings. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems specific to restaurant design. Ability to interpret drawings in both the metric system (millimeters) and the imperial system (inches) and accurately convert between the two. In-depth knowledge of building codes, electrical safety standards (NEC compliance), and industry best practices.
