Sales Administrator
\nLocation : Longmeadow, MA (on-site)
\nSchedule : Monday to Friday, day shift
\nPay : $25 - $30 per hour, commensurate with job and industry experience
\nEmployment Type : Temporary to hire
\nPosition Summary :
\nThe Sales Administrator will be a key member of the finance and sales teams, assisting with various post-sale tasks. The role will report to the CFO and help ensure smooth processing of sales, invoicing, financing, and related administrative functions.
\nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Process invoicing, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. \n
- Manage equipment sales order financing, including working with the warranty department. \n
- Handle all delivery and registration paperwork for equipment and parts, ensuring proper receipt and completion. \n
- Assist customers with requests and paperwork related to purchased equipment, including trades associated with sales. \n
- Maintain and update customer ownership files for multiple locations. \n
- Prepare and produce sales reports for vendors \n
- Serve as the point of contact for audits and assist in phone backup duties. \n
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- 3+ years of administrative experince, ideally with one year in a sales support role within construction, dealerships, or manufacturing \n
- High attention to detail organizational, and communication skills \n
- Must be able to manage time well and self-motivated and proactive \n
- Proficiency is Excel and emailing systems are required \n
