Program Manager

Role Overview: Empower is seeking a Sales Program Manager to help Empower launch and rapidly grow in new markets across the country. This role can be remote (U.S. only), or in-person in McLean, Virginia. We are unable to sponsor visas for this position. Detailed Responsibilities: Recruit, contract with, train, and oversee field sales contractors in newly launched markets across the country Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound outreach Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews Conduct background checks and team trainings Ensure adequate inventory of marketing materials Continuously refine processes, SOP’s, and team workflows to optimize Empower’s Field Sales Program Candidate Requirements: 3+ years of sales recruiting experience Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills Polished written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
