We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits! Mileage reimbursement paid for all miles driven between patient visits. The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. Manages a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. Valid RN license in state(s) of practice is required. Education — Associate's Degree (Required) Certification/Licensure – RN (Required) - Active in Virginia BLS (Required within 90 days) Experience – 1 year of nursing experience (required) Salary The base pay range for full-time employment is $87,214.40 - $126,900.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
