Einstein Bros. Bagels We are seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our breakfast and dinner service team. Team Members are the heart of our bakery, ensuring each guest receives a warm welcome, delicious food, and a clean dining environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter. Serve high‑quality food and beverages efficiently. Maintain a safe and clean store environment at all times. Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns promptly. Qualifications Minimum age 16 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours, including early shifts as early as 3AM and weekends. Must be able to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Prior restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but not required. Physical demands: sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently. Benefits Flexible schedule with no evenings or nights; all shifts conclude by 3PM. Competitive hourly pay plus cash and credit‑card tips (subject to state regulations).
