• Collaborate closely with the in-house woodshop, metal shop, graphics team, and setup crew to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strong understanding of the broader scope of each project.

• Track project progress and maintain accurate records to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Proactively identify risks and resolve potential issues before they affect project timelines or quality.

• Proven experience in the tradeshow or custom exhibit industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as Vectorworks, Solidworks, or AutoCAD is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
