Are you passionate about baking and ready to bring your skills to a vibrant café environment? ALASKA COFFEE, located in sunny North Miami, FL, is looking for an Experienced Baker to join our team. If you have a knack for creating delicious baked goods and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs an Experienced Baker at ALASKA COFFEE, you’ll play a key role in making our café a go-to destination for fresh, high-quality baked goods. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked items to perfection. - Ensuring all products meet our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. - Managing inventory and supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. - Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a talented baker who brings creativity, precision, and enthusiasm to the kitchen. Here’s what we’re looking for: - Experience: At least 1 year of professional baking experience. - Skills: Strong knowledge of baking techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. - Attention to Detail: A commitment to quality and consistency in every product. - Team Player: A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with others in a close-knit team.
