Why ACE of Paws? We’re a privately owned, woman-led, rehab-only practice located near Uptown Albuquerque. Our clinic is led by Dr. Ana Esquivel , a DVM who is both rehab- and acupuncture-certified , and supported by four outstanding rehab technicians. Together, we focus on keeping pets mobile, pain-free, and thriving. Here, you’ll never feel like “just another vet.” You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive clinic where patient care, client trust, and team well-being come first .And because balance matters, our full-time schedule is only 4 days a week —with hour-long lunches every day. What You’ll Do Perform in-depth evaluations and create tailored treatment plans Provide acupuncture treatments (certification required) Educate and support pet owners with clarity and compassion Work with a skilled team during rehab sessions Collaborate on cases where quality—not quantity—comes first Rehabilitation certification is a plus, and for the right candidate we may provide partial or full tuition supportfor approved rehab programs.
