We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year.

Hourly Rate Range : $50.00-$75.00 per hour

Responsibilities would include:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, communication, and social needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student's unique goals.
• Deliver direct therapy services in individual, group, and classroom settings.
• Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic (social) communication.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and IDEA compliance standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student progress reviews.
• Provide education and consultative support to staff and families to help reinforce communication strategies across environments

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Washington State Department of Health (DOH) SLP License.
• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate from Washington OSPI.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
