Senior Real Estate Development Lead - Affordable Housing

Enterprise seeks a Senior Real Estate Development Manager to guide multiple affordable housing projects from feasibility through close-out. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate with lenders and public agencies, and lead a team of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality communities. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in multifamily development, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
