Quality Assurance Technician

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure every beverage leaving our Dallas facility meets strict quality and safety standards. In this on-site role, you'll perform routine lab tests, line checks, and packaging inspections, accurately recording data and escalating issues when specifications are not met. You'll help maintain GMP, HACCP, and safety compliance while partnering closely with production teams. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine lab tests and line checks on beverages and packaging to verify quality specifications.
• Monitor and document production parameters, test results, and nonconformances accurately and on time.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process product, and finished goods for compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain lab and testing equipment according to SOPs.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues and consumer complaints.
• Enforce GMP, HACCP, and plant safety standards on the production floor.
• Collaborate with production teams to prevent defects and improve process capability.
• Maintain clean, organized lab and work areas, ensuring proper sample handling and retention.
• Assist with internal audits, quality inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
