Integral dx is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to field customer calls, emails, assist in parts selection process, and manage order fulfillment. This role involves providing product support knowledge to ensure accurate parts are selected, quoted, sold, packaged, and shipped to the customer with correct paperwork. The specialist will also liaise for intercompany transfers within the RITALKA Organizations and communicate regularly with the supply chain to ensure accurate stocking levels and lead time generation.

The salary range for this position is $36,500 - $52,000, in accordance with experience. The Parts Sales Specialist will:

• Field communications from all modes of contact in support of parts sales including phone, text, email, online inquiries, standard mail, etc.
• Create and manage quotes
• Create and manage sales orders
• Process shipments, packing lists, BOLs, and customs paperwork
• File and disseminate paperwork appropriately
• Set up new customer profiles
• Requisition transportation quotes from carriers
• Contact carriers or brokers to make arrangements and to issue delivery or offload instructions
• Coordinate all facets of shipping & freight
• Understand and follow existing QC processes
• Process product returns
• Process warranty claims
• Perform data analysis
• Engage in parts promotion marketing efforts

We are looking for a Parts Sales Specialist with a high school degree or GED, an associate's degree preferred. Experience with computer skills, Microsoft Suite, online services like UPS.com for shipping, and general product packaging is required. The ideal candidate will have professional email and phone etiquette, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and within ambiguous situations. General knowledge of business-to-business buying/selling, experience with shipping freight, and the ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and bill of materials are also necessary. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between company locations on occasion are required. The candidate should also be able to sit at a desk for 8 hours/day.
