The Direct Hire Division of Consilio, LLC is working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking to hire a Legal Executive Assistant to join their Seattle, Washington office. This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm.

Salary: $88,000 – $117,000
About the Role
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Executive Assistant to support a team of attorneys in the Seattle office. This is a hybrid opportunity offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting attorneys, strong administrative skills, and familiarity with legal technology and case management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to attorneys, including calendar and inbox management
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Manage and maintain case files using case management software
- Track deadlines and ensure timely filings and deliverables
- Assist with time entry, billing, and expense reports
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a legal administrative or executive assistant role
- Prior experience supporting attorneys required
- Proficiency with case management software and legal technology tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
