Bus Driver-Part Time

Responsibilities This position is Monday‑Friday averaging from 2‑4 hours/day in the morning and afternoon and entails safely transporting children from the before and after school program to and from school and on field trips. Follow safety rules and traffic regulations to operate the vehicle safely and courteously, perform daily safety inspections and prepare and submit reports, promote and maintain professional conduct when working with families, children, staff and the general public, participate in training related to the job including Driver Safety, CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens and Mandated Reporting Procedures, and perform all duties in compliance with state and local licensing requirements, policies and procedures. Qualifications Applicants must possess effective communication skills, be extremely reliable, responsible and be committed to the philosophy and goals of the YMCA.
