District Manager - Express Locations

Company Overview:
Seasons Kosher Supermarket, a leader in the kosher retail industry, is seeking a District Manager – Express Locations to oversee the operations of multiple Express stores. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional who excels in multi-unit retail management, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence. The District Manager will play a crucial role in driving profitability, maintaining high standards, and leading store teams to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Express locations, ensuring store efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across all assigned stores.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and staff to achieve business goals and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue analysis, cost control, and budget management.
• Ensure proper inventory control, minimizing shrinkage while optimizing product availability and selection.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements within assigned stores.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize product assortment and availability.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Travel frequently between store locations to provide hands-on leadership and support.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of multi-unit retail management experience, preferably in grocery, convenience, food retail, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple locations and achieving sales, operational, and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, merchandising, labor management, and retail operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of applicable retail, food safety, and workplace regulations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between assigned store locations.
