Senior Quality Assurance Technologist

Raw Seafoods is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Technologist to join our Quality Control team. This role is ideal for someone with strong food manufacturing QA experience who can support daily QA operations, work closely with production, and help ensure products meet food safety, quality, customer, and regulatory standards. Seafood experience is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Support daily QA operations and assist with oversight of QA Technologists Monitor production for food safety, quality, GMPs, and employee safety Inspect incoming products and verify product quality/specifications Review QA documents for accuracy and completeness Support CAPA, audits, traceability, allergen testing, calibrations, and lab testing Assist with HACCP validation, customer returns, pest control, and QA programs Serve as a key QA contact for production and other departments Requirements 5+ years of QA/QC or Continuous Improvement experience preferred Seafood or food manufacturing experience strongly preferred Seafood and Meat/Poultry HACCP certification preferred Knowledge of USDA, USDC, FDA, BRC, GMPs, allergens, labeling, and traceability Strong Excel/computer skills Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Flexible schedule; weekends may be required as needed What We Offer Weekly pay Health and dental insurance after 30 days 401(k) with up to 4% company match Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays Growth opportunities Apply Today Bring your QA experience to a company that takes seafood quality and food safety seriously.
